Refund & Cancellation Policy

Because marketing services may involve work, strategy, campaign setup or third-party costs, refund and cancellation terms depend on the specific service agreement. Any cancellation request should be submitted in writing. Work already completed or non-refundable third-party costs may not be eligible for refund.
